Finally! Sorry for the lack of updates. Been busy..actually, my computer went crazy last week.
First, it crashed. Luckily, dad extended the warranty of the PC so I was able to get a replacement for the hard disc. I had to call the customer service dept to make sure that my warranty is still valid coz I lost the invoice and all when we moved to this house. I have to say that the lady who took my call was quite snobbish and rude. She told me to call the technical support dept instead since my warranty is still valid.
I called the tech. guys; the guy was very helpful. The next day, a technician was at my house to fix the PC. Of course, I had to reinstall everything; which is a very slow process since most of the cds that was needed to reinstall the softwares were missing. So, I had to download most of it from the Net *pouts*.
The next day, I got another error message on the PC. Seems like this time, it can't detect my sound card [something like that]. I called up the tech guy again; he assured me that he'll get the same technician to fix my problems. But later that day, I fixed my own problems. So now, my beloved PC is fine. The tech guy called again yesterday to make sure everything was ok. How nice; good to know that some companies in Malaysia do take care of their customers.
