At work right now; for no reason..I woke up early today. Drove way-too-slow on the way to work. Stopped by Section 14's McDs. Sudden craving for hash browns. Been trying to email these two clients since yesterday but the emails has been bouncing back everytime I tried to emailed them...annoys the crap out of me. Deadlines is an annoyance.

Em called earlier to talk; I could hear Lee over the background. Amazingly, they are still together...which is a good thing since friends are happy; me happy too. Someone in the office is getting promoted..I'm really glad for her coz she's been having financial woes lately and getting promoted is the best thing that has happens to her since like..forever. As for me, nothing has changed. Same old Shari...no longer sick though. Looking forward for the weekend...need tons of sleeping time and much-needed TLC from the family.

Oh yeah, Shah is getting married finally. He called to let me know..I told him that I'll be at his wedding (in June 07)..even if he didn't invite me, I know his parents would anyway. Almost everyone I know (and older than me, of course) are getting hitched this year; I'll probably need to find someone to accompany me to the weddings...any volunteers??

Last but not least, Tim will be graduating soon. We chat sometimes over MSN but somehow, we weren't as close as before. Maybe the distance or both of us leading different kinds of lifestyles nowadays but I still loved him as a friend and a brother..no matter what, he'll always that special guy who helped me during my worst moments. I guess everyone has changed since the last time I've met...change is good even if its the bad kind. It makes me think on what I'll became in the next few years..hopefully some good changes and if there's any bad ones, I know there will be people cheering me on.

Decided to change the layout of the blog; since it's a new year and change is a very good thing.

Yesterday; I had to work. It was a makeover party event sponsored by Clinique at The Loft. Everything was good except I had to be there from 10.30am to 6.30pm...I was quite chirpy even though; working on Saturdays is a major no-no for me.

As for my health, I'm getting back. No more tummy aches or flu/fever. The only problem now is I need a visit to the dentist. Luckily my company has dental plan...hehe; the wonders of CLAIMS!

As for friends, I had lunch with Evonne, her bf (Simon) and Fiona the other day at The Curve. It was a good day even though I had food poisoning the next day. Everyone is doing well; happy to see that. I wish nothing more for each of my friends except good health and happiness all year round. Sigh, I sound like a greeting card...must be my hormones taking charge!

As for myself, I'm looking forward for certain things like the holiday in Feb, my new nephew/niece being born in June/July and many more.

I am sick and oh-so-grouchy. Been sick since New Year's Eve. Still recovering; getting food poisoning does not help the situation. Half the time, I'm high on medication so don't bother sms-ing me coz I'll probably just ignore it due lack of interest or lack of energy to reply the sms.

Yesyes, I have not updated this blog for so long..I barely remember that I have a blog. The reasons for my neglect is due to work, Hari Raya and again, work.

Work has been rather challenging these past few weeks; lots of people to handle at events. At office, I've been faced with some politics. Which I don't really give a damn about since the ones making the big fuss is not in my dept..no big deal for me. Malays will be Malays...if you get my meaning. I don't see the reason why another Malay can't be happy if another is happy (doing a good job, in fact!).

Dad's Volvo is finally sold. For major $$$..the buyer doesn't know the true value for the car. Luck is on daddy's side *winks* I'm getting the car (my second one) by the end of the year; my cousin was able to pull some strings to get everything approved quickly. I'll still be driving around my first baby..the second car is for daddy since he wants a smaller car to drive around.

My sis-in-law is rumoured to be with a baby. not sure if that's true since they haven't gone to the docs yet. I'm hoping for a niece!

My baju kebaya is ready. Just need to pick it up!! Smiling from ear to ear right now. Tomorrow is a public holiday for the state of Selangor. Happy...oh so happy!

Ever since I've started working, I come to love Fridays..coz it leads to the weekends. This weekend would probably be the same as always. Staying at home, cleaning my room (it's clean on the weekends, but come Monday, back to the state of messiness), chatting with the folks, and watching my tv shows whihc I missed over the weekdays. I don't really plan on going anywhere with anyone...somehow I just want to stay at home and be lazy.

Big boss still on leave. Which makes me slightly free to do whatever once my own work is done. Been doing nothing except returning phone calls and emailing clients. Why do they have to wait so long; just before the deadline so that they can just to utter the word "yes, please proceed". Work has been bearable this week.

So far, fasting has been ok..nothing much like hunger pain or sudden dizziness. Company is having our own buka puasa at a hotel next Wednesday. Can't wait for the buffet, yummy-licious. I also found a tailor to sew my baju kebaya..cost me only RM150 for the top. Worth every penny!

The only bad luck is that my car windscreen is cracked...no idea how that happened. Dad will be oh-so-"happy"..there goes more of MY CASH down the drain. Sigh........
